For the ribeye steaks in red wine marinade, chop the parsley. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Crumble the bay leaf spice. Mix all 3 ingredients with pepper, thyme, tarragon, Tabasco and red wine.

Place ribeye steaks in marinade and let sit for at least 4 hours.

Then drain, dry and grill under the preheated broiler until rare (3 min. on both sides) or medium (4 min. on both sides).

Season the ribeye steaks in red wine marinade with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
