Instructions:

1. clean the cauliflower, chop the outer leaves and then quarter the head.

2. clean the cauliflower quarters repeatedly, rinse and score the stem crosswise.

3. pour salted water into a large enough bowl. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze and pour the juice into the salted water.

Place the lemon halves in the water with the cauliflower quarters and leave them in the water for about 10 minutes.

Then rinse the cauliflower again under running water and drain well. 6.
