Instructions:

Preparation

Remove the seeds from the dried chilies and soak them in water for about 10 minutes.

Then chop them into small pieces.

Coriander seeds, cardamom seeds and the black peppercorns in a mortar form and meanwhile mortar until a powder is formed. Then add all the other ingredients to the mortar.

Pound until a smooth paste is formed. Approx. 10 min.

If you don’t have a mortar, you can also use a hand mixer. However, the paste will not be as fine.
