For the mango ice cream, peel and cut the mangoes into coarser pieces and place in a tall container. Add granulated sugar. Add a little orange zest and juice.
Add the whipped cream and if you have some, add a dash of mango liqueur or other fruity liqueur and then blend everything with a blender.
Put the ice cream in a bowl and put it in the freezer. Stir from time to time to keep the ice cream nice and creamy. Then form balls with an ice cream scoop.
