Boil whipped cream with chocolate and refrigerate overnight. The next day, mix the chocolate-cream mixture with the remaining ingredients and whisk briefly. Form small balls by hand and refrigerate. Roll in coconut flakes or cocoa powder-dusted sugar mixture. If desired, press a peeled almond into the center of each ball.
