Peel and rinse the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes.

Clean, rinse and finely dice the leek. Knead together with minced meat and curd cheese, season. Shape into meat loafs.

Fry in hot oil on both sides for 5-6 minutes. Take out.

In the meantime, peel and rinse carrots, cut into slices. Steam in a little salted water for about 8 minutes until soft.

Peel and chop onions. Sauté in the frying fat.

Drain carrots, mix with onions. Rinse parsley, chop and sprinkle. Serve with potatoes and meat loaf.
