A cake recipe for all foodies:

Prepare a kneaded dough from the ingredients listed and leave to cool for half an hour.

For the topping, bring the milk and sugar to the boil, thicken with the pudding powder and leave to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent the formation of a skin.

Roll out the dough on the bottom of a greased tart springform pan, smooth out a rim about 4 cm high and prick the bottom of the dough a few times. Place in the preheated oven.

Peel apples, cut into quarters, remove core, score the surface a few times and sprinkle with juice of one lemon.

Spread dough base with cranberry jam. Pour pudding on top and place apple quarters inside. Place back in the oven.
