For the sheet cake with mango, cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and grated lemon zest. Gradually add the eggs and then carefully fold in the flour and baking powder. Peel and core the mangos and cut into wedges or small pieces.

Line baking sheet with baking parchment paper, spread mixture about 2 cm thick and cover densely with mango pieces. Bake the sheet cake with mango at 160°C (hot air) in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
