For the coconut balls, first mix the coconut flakes with the cream cheese and then add the sugar. Stir the mass until a creamy mass is formed.

Now simply form this mass into small balls with wet hands and place in the freezer for 1 hour. Yes, really in the freezer.

Now it’s just about the glaze. Melt the coconut oil and the chocolate in a water bath. Dip the frozen balls in it and put it back in the freezer to cool. After 20 minutes the chocolate is hardened so far that the coconut balls can be taken out of the refrigerator again.
