Try this delicious pasta dish:

Roast rabbit parts in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Add liquid and dried plums and season. Steam for 40 to 45 min in a closed saucepan. Additional binding of the sauce can be omitted, as the cooked dried plums with the roast stock give a creamy consistency.

As a side dish, sparrows or ribbon noodles are suitable.
