Instructions:

Boil the water and sugar for 1/2 hour. Then boil the currant for 10 minutes and finally add the wine (boil once). Pour the hot mixture into jars and close them. Turn the jars upside down and leave on the lid for 5 minutes. Serving tip: With schnitzel, fried chicken or on breakfast bread.
