Instructions:

For the curd banana tart, quickly make a dough from flour, butter, sugar, salt, almonds and egg and let rest for 30 minutes. Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites with 50 g sugar.

Mash banana well and pass through a sieve. Beat remaining ingredients well, fold in banana and beaten egg whites. Roll out dough and line a greased tart pan with it.

Spread the filling and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 40 minutes. Let cool, lift out of the pan, spread with whipped cream and decorate with banana slices and chocolate sauce.
