Try this delicious pasta dish:

For a mold with 280 mm ø.

Preheat oven to 200° Celsius.

Knead flour with egg yolks, light butter, tap water and salt to a smooth dough and put it to cool for 1 hour, wrapped in foil.

Make spinach into puree with herbs or chop finely. Add eggs, double cream and cheese . Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Roll out the dough and spread it on a greased quiche dish, making a rim. Place ham, spring onions and broccoli on top. Pour spinach mixture on top and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes and serve warm.
