Instructions:

1. rinse and dry the meat. Cut lengthwise into twelve strips about 1/2 cm narrow. Stir spice mixture, water and 2 tbsp. sherry, form over. Cover and let stand for about 2 hours, turning occasionally to the other side.

2. put meat on wooden skewers in waves. Roast in hot oil for about 7 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Deglaze with clear soup, add soy sauce, peanut butter and tomato ketchup. Stir through cornstarch and remaining sherry.

Bring sauce to a boil, season to taste. Serve with the skewers.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for extra flavor!
