Try this delicious cake recipe:
Defrost and roll out the puff pastry according to instructions – cut into any particle shape (triangles, circles, etc.) – place on parchment paper and bake at 200 to 220 °C for 15 to 20 min.
Cool and cut in half horizontally.
Crush 350 g of the strawberries and mix with the mascarpone cream. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the cream.
Pour the filling on the lower part of the halved pastries, garnish with the remaining strawberries and place the upper part of the pastry on the filling.
