Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion. Add a little paprika and deglaze with vinegar.
Cut the pork into cubes, add to the onions, fry well and deglaze with beer.
Boil potatoes in salted water until half soft and cut into slices. Fry in a pan in a little oil.
Squeeze garlic cloves, cut peppers into strips, chop peppers finely, peel tomatoes, cut into eighths and roast everything together with potatoes.
Add the vegetables to the meat, mix and steam until everything is cooked.
Season with salt, pepper, pour a little beef broth and season to taste.
