For the fruit tarts, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar with vanilla sugar, flour with baking powder. Cream the yolks with the sugar and then stir the flour and the snow alternately into the butter mixture.

Pour the mixture into the greased and floured molds (about 2 tbsp. per mold) and bake at 170 °C for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and then let it cool.

Then spread the pudding on the cooled cake layers and top them as desired. Prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions, spread it on the cupcakes with a spoon and then let it set.
