Preheat oven in time to 180 degrees.

Cool the puree a little. Stir in egg, butter (I) and nuts (I), seasoning with salt and nutmeg.

Form into a greased gratin dish, sprinkle nuts (Ii) and put butter (Ii) on top.

Bake on the top rack until light yellow, bring to the table on the spot.
