Instructions:

Beat the egg, add the other ingredients gradually and mix until smooth.

Lightly grease the frying pan and heat it.

Pour the batter into the frying pan with a large spoon (pancakes about 10-15 cm in diameter) and bake until light brown. When risen and with bubbles appear, flip to the other side.

Put a small piece of butter and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup on each of the finished pancakes. Layer 4 to 6 pancakes on top of each other.
