Preparation of the dough Sift flour, knead together with the salt, sugar, butter, egg yolks, and water. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator to rest for 1 hour.

Prepare the curd mixture by mixing the curd with oil, sugar, egg yolk, corn starch and vanilla, then carefully add the beaten egg whites.

Spread the short pastry in a cake springform pan up to the edge and pour in the curd mixture. Bake the cake in a heated oven at 180 °C for 50 to 60 minutes. It is important to cool the cake in the oven, otherwise it will fall together.
