For the nougat stars, prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, sugar and egg. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 2 mm and cut out stars.
Brush half of them with egg and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake in the preheated oven at 180° for about 10 minutes. Melt the nougat and glue the unsprinkled and sprinkled stars with it.
Sprinkle half of the nougat stars with cocoa or decorate as desired.
