For the nettle tortilla, preheat the oven to 170 °C. Wash the nettle, spin dry and chop coarsely. Finely chop the spring onion and dice the bell bell pepper.
Fry the spring onion in a little oil in a small pan suitable for the oven. Add the nettle and let it collapse. Add the bell bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
In the meantime, whisk the eggs with a little salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the nettle mixture and allow to set briefly. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with salad.
