Rinse, dry and dice the meat. Rinse pepper and cut into fine rings. Blanch tomatoes hot (scald), skin, halve, remove seeds, chop flesh finely.
Peel garlic and add to oil form through a press. Mix with pepper, tomato pulp, salt and pepper rings. Put the meat cubes in this marinade and let them marinate for at least 3 hours with the lid closed.
Put the meat cubes on wooden skewers, put them on the grill and grill them for about 10 minutes, turning them to the other side.
