Have fun preparing this dish of mushrooms!

The chopped onion is browned in the fat and removed from the flame, sprinkled with bell pepper, add a little tap water and mix.

Put back on the flame and continue frying. The evenly sliced mushrooms and salt are added.

Stirring occasionally, simmer on low heat until cooked. In the meantime, add letcho, mix flour with sour cream, thicken mushroom paprikash with it and bubble it up.

Serve with fried egg.

Heat fat in a frying pan and carefully beat eggs into it. Fry on low heat until the egg white is firm, but the yolk is still soft. Carefully take out the fried eggs and put them on the paprikash. You can also crack the eggs onto the paprikash and fry them that way. When doing this, make sure that the egg yolk remains whole. Grated cheese is sprinkled on the egg and baked in the oven at top heat until the egg white is firm.
