For the meat and cheese loaf, mix the minced meat with the cheese cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry in THEA until light. Finely chop the pickled gherkins.
Cut the bread into cubes, mix with the egg-yolk mixture and add to the minced meat with the onion, pickled gherkins, parsley, paprika, caraway seeds, salt and bell pepper and mix well.
Form balls, flatten and fry in hot THEA, from both sides.
Fry in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Drain the meat and cheese balls on paper towels.
