For dressing:


Cut the bread into cubes, pour the milk over it and soak. Remove the skin from the onion, put the minced meat in a large enough bowl, finely grate the onion onto the minced meat, add the squeezed bread, marjoram, salt, egg and pepper and knead everything together well. Remove the rind from the Camenbert and cut it into small cubes.

Form small balls from 1 heaped tablespoon of meat mixture. Make a hole in the center, fill in several cubes of cheese, close with meat again. Put the oatmeal in a deep dish and turn the balls to the other side. Heat the clarified butter, fry the balls in it all around.

Serve on lettuce leaves with cucumber cubes, red bell pepper cubes and radishes.

Serve with: French fries
