For the lemon garlic chicken with rosemary apples, first cover a baking tray with aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel and press the garlic. Mix with salt, pepper, thyme, lemon juice and olive oil. Spread on the aluminum foil.

Peel the onion and cut it into rough corners. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces as well. Pluck the rosemary, chop finely and mix with the potatoes. Put the onions, potatoes and chicken pieces on the baking tray. Put in the oven for about half an hour.
