For the baked asparagus with char filet, peel the asparagus and cut off the ends. Line a deep baking dish with aluminum foil, layer in the asparagus and drizzle with plenty of olive oil and the lemon juice. Sprinkle with a little raw sugar and salt. Close the aluminum foil into a package and cook in the oven at 200°C degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove the baking dish from the oven, carefully open the foil, place the fish fillet on the asparagus, pour the broth over it and sprinkle fresh spring herbs, such as yarrow, sorrel, dandelion. Close the aluminum foil again and continue cooking in the oven at about 180°C degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. The baked asparagus with char filet can be served warm or cold.
