Mix corn flour, wheat flour and salt. Add oil and water and knead. The dough should no longer stick. Divide the dough into quarters, form into balls. Roll out one ball at a time between foil into a thin, round patty (about 13 cm Â). Heat a frying pan over medium heat until dry. Toast patties in it for 2 to 3 min on each side. To taste, fry tortillas in hot oil for 1 to 2 min, forming into shells.
