Instructions:

For the goose curry, finely chop the onion. Cut the goose meat into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the onion in olive oil and brown the goose meat.

Mix in the red curry paste and sauté briefly.Pour in the coconut milk and mix well.

Add the vegetable soup, mix in the rice and let everything cook down well until the meat and rice are nice and soft.

About 5 minutes before serving, mix in the okra.

Season the goose curry with lime juice and curry powder and serve.
