For the fruit tarts, mix curd cheese with milk, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread the cake layers with the curd cream.

Drain pineapple slices and place on top of the cream. Fill the center of the slices with cherries, strawberries or jam.

Prepare cake glaze according to instructions with the pineapple juice and coat the tartlets with it.

Whip the cream until stiff and garnish the fruit tarts with it.
