For the burritos, wash and cut the lettuce. Salt the beef steak and sear on both sides. Heat the burrito patties in the oven at 80 °C for about 5-10 minutes.

In the meantime, season the sour cream with salt and dress the lettuce with seed oil and apple cider vinegar. Spread the sour cream on the warm burrtios and spread the salad on top.

Cut the fried steak into cubes and spread it on top as well. Roll up the burritos and serve while still warm.
