For the fruit puree, peel and core the apples and cut them into coarse pieces. Peel the mango, remove the seeds and also cut into pieces.

Put these cubes in a pot and cover with enough water so that the fruit is 3/4 in water. Boil everything until soft. In the meantime, squeeze the juice of the orange and lemon and add them to the pot.

When the fruit is soft, add sugar and cinnamon to taste and puree.
