For the coconut milk soup with chicken, cut the chicken breast into strips and cut the lime (with peel) into pieces.
Pour the coconut milk into a pot and bring to a slow boil. First add the lime pieces, then the peppers and finally the chicken breast strips to the milk.
Then stir in the soup paste and simmer for about 5 minutes until the peppers are cooked. Sprinkle the soup with chopped cilantro leaves and serve.
