For the Szeged cabbage, the pork is cut into cubes.

The bacon cubes are roasted with finely chopped onion until translucent. Fry the pork cubes as well, add paprika powder and deglaze with vinegar.

Add sauerkraut, caraway seeds, garlic and salt and stew until soft.

Finally, bind the Szeged cabbage with flour and cream.
