For the fondue in beer batter, dice the beef lung roast and pork fisherman, cut the mushrooms into halves, cut the cauliflower florets and liver into pieces, slice the sausages. Put individual pieces on the fondue fork, dip in beer batter and deep-fry in the very hot oil of the fondue pot. Drain briefly from kitchen paper.
