Instructions:

For the flatbread, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and work everything into a smooth dough.

Knead on a lightly floured work surface until the consistency is elastic. Form 4 balls, roll out or pull into round patties 5 mm thick.

Cut a piece of dough about 2 cm from the center so that they are evenly through and bake the flatbread in plenty of hot oil in a pan for about 1 1/2 minutes.
