Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Clean the peppers, cut into quarters, heat under the broiler until the skin is brown, cool covered with damp kitchen roll, skin and cut into strips. Peel and dice the onion, rinse and quarter the mushrooms.

Roast the mushrooms in the oil until they are brown, add the onions. Fold in the two kinds of paprika powder and salt, mix in the tomato puree and cook the whole thing closed at a very moderate temperature for 3 minutes. Serve with sour whipped cream. Serve with ribbon noodles.
