Try this delicious cake recipe:

Cream butter with sugar (1) and egg yolks (1), mix thoroughly with stiffly beaten egg whites (1), sour whipped cream and vodka. Fold in salt and flour by spoonfuls. The dough should be soft and viscous.

Butter a small cake springform pan and sprinkle with flour, pour in a very thin layer of batter and bake over medium heat for about 10 min until golden. Bake 14 layers in this way and cool. If the dough bubbles during baking, prick it with a fork.

For the filling, beat egg yolks (2) with egg whites (2) and sugar (2) until creamy and mix thoroughly with flour. Slowly pour into the heated milk and prepare a thick cream, stirring throughout. Add the butter and cool the cream. Repeatedly mix well.

Spread creme on 12 bases, place one on top of the other and cover with the 13th. Crumble the 14th layer, sprinkle over the cake and decorate with chocolate leaves and walnuts. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
