Instructions:

Kitchen herbs, garlic salt and spices in a bowl form and mix.

Briefly turn the fillets in the mixture to the other side. In a large frying pan, melt 2 tbsp butter, add the bell pepper strips and roast for 4-5 min until soft. Remove the peppers and keep warm.

Add the remaining butter to the frying pan and heat. Add the fish fillets and roast over medium heat for 3-4 min on each side until browned and cooked through. Place the fish fillets on warmed plates, decorate with the red and green bell pepper strips and garnish with the fresh thyme.

Serve the fish with grilled tomato halves and mashed potatoes.

Tip: You can use the kitchen herb and spice mixture for any type of fish steaks or fillets. In addition, it works well for seasoning fried crab tails.

Notes: take small firm fish fillets, maybe double mass of paprika, and Absolutely double mass of spices.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
