Drain and dry the cold fish fillets, cut them into 3 cm wide strips and place them in a suitable bowl. Sprinkle the pieces of fish with the juice of one lemon, turn them to the other side and let them stand. Preheat the electric stove to 200 °C. Brush the gratin dish with butter. 2.

Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the cores. Cut the quarters into slices. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, then into slices.

Dry the fish between paper towels, sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and new seasoning and layer alternately with apples and potatoes in the gratin dish.
