Beat the eggs in a bowl and whisk with a dash of milk.

Wash and slice the mushrooms and tomatoes. Add to the egg in the bowl with the corn. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry bacon in a pan until crispy.

Pour egg mixture over and stir gently with a wooden spoon until egg is set.
