Clean the mushrooms and slice them into flakes. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a frying pan until crispy brown, remove and set aside. Steam the mushrooms in the hot bacon fat for about 5 minutes until soft. Cut the toast into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and toast the toast cubes until golden brown. Mix the bacon cubes with the mushrooms, toast cubes and deep sea crabs. Add the drained corn kernels and fold in. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter (2), and pour in the mixture. Put the butter (1) in a saucepan with the flour and sauté, stirring.

Pour in the milk and bring to a boil, stirring. Season the sauce with salt, freshly ground pepper and mustard, then pour over the casserole. Grate the Gouda and sprinkle over the top. Bake the casserole in the heated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Rinse and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the finished casserole. Serve with the garlic sauce.

Garlic sauce aioli : Beat the yolks well with a mixer. Remove the peel from the garlic cloves and press them through the press, add to the yolks form and mix in the oil, first drop by drop, then with a thin stream, until a creamy sauce is obtained. Season with the juice of one lemon, salt and cayenne pepper.
