For the Toffifee Torte, first crumble the cookies in a mixer, then the Toffifee and mix with the melted butter. Cover the bottom of a (24 cm) cake tin with it and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Soak the gelatine in water for 10 minutes. Whip the cream. Mix the curd cheese well with the milk. Warm gelatin to 60 degrees, mix with 2 spoonfuls of the curd mixture, and then stir in to the remaining curd mixture. Stir in whipped cream.

Melt Nutella in microwave (until it becomes liquid). Immediately stir cocoa into the liquid Nutella and let cool. Divide the curd mixture into 2 bowls.

Mix the cooled Nutella into one half and the sugar into the other half. Take the cake base out of the refrigerator.

First spread the Nutella cream on it and put it back in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then spread the curd mixture on top and put it back in the fridge.

Set aside 12 pieces of Toffifee, chop the rest and sprinkle them on the cake. Melt the dark chocolate over steam and drizzle it over the cake.

Finally, spread the remaining 12 Toffifee on the Toffifee cake.
