For the Asian casserole, first cut the meat into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan or wok in olive or vegetable oil.

Remove the well-fried meat from the pan and fry the finely diced onions. Then add the carrot, celery and kohlrabi strips to the pan and fry until hot. Add the mushrooms.

Dissolve the bouillon cube with water and soy sauce and add to the vegetables. In a small pot, heat the whipping cream and a dash of milk and dissolve the curry paste and turmeric powder.

Pour this sauce over the mixed vegetables and let it boil down briefly. Then put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake the Asian casserole at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes until the cheese is browned.
