For the mayonnaise ham and cheese salad, wash and dry the Chinese cabbage leaves. Place on four plates. Cut cheese and ham into strips about 1x1x4 cm.
Wash and seed the bell bell pepper. Drain the cucumbers. Cut cucumbers and bell pepper into cubes, cut hard-boiled eggs into small pieces as well.
Mix mayonnaise with salt, pepper, oil and cucumber water and mix all ingredients into this marinade. Arrange on the lettuce leaves, sprinkle ground pepper and serve.
