For the apple blueberry jam, peel and core the fall apples, preferably Boskop apples, and remove any rotten spots. Then cut 500g into smaller pieces and sprinkle with the lemon juice of 1/2 lemon and boil with the water until soft and cool.

Puree the apple pieces with a blender, mix in the blueberries and sugar and boil for 4 minutes until bubbly. Make a jelly test.

Fill the apple blueberry jam to the brim in clean jars. Close lids and let cool upside down.
