For the muffins, preheat the oven to 150 °C. Place eggs in a mixing bowl in a food processor. Weigh out the sugar and add it.
Mix with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until nice and fluffy. Gradually drizzle in the oil. Turn off food processor briefly, weigh out flour with baking powder and mix.
Stir in flour. Measure out milk and stir in slowly. Pour into muffin tins and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
