Instructions:

For the wholemeal hearts, mix flour with baking powder. Add very finely chopped apricots and cranberries.

Grate the lemon zest and add, then squeeze the lemon.

Knead soy flour, brown sugar and very soft margarine with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Add lemon juice as needed.

Roll out dough rather thick (8-10 mm) and bake at 180°C in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Give the wholemeal hearts packed in a pretty bowl as a gift.
