For the curried steak with pea rice, cut the turkey breast into small strips and the onion into cubes.

Fry the meat in a pan in a little oil until golden brown, then remove. Sauté the onion in the drippings until translucent, briefly add the curry powder and then pour in the vegetable soup. Return the meat to the pan, stir in the cream and season with chili powder, ginger and salt and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

In the meantime, put in a pot some salt, one cup of rice and two cups of water and bring to a boil. Then cook the rice on low and mix in the peas.

Finally, bind the curry sauce with cornstarch, sprinkle with parsley and serve with the pea rice.
